Diseases such as amoebiasis, typhoid and hookworm are caused by polluted drinking water. In residential areas the lives of the inhabitants is greatly affected by this. Global temperature has risen significantly over the years.

Wind turbine power and solar power are both powerful forces against fossil fuel power and radioactive power. It occurs due to many reasons. As plastic is composed of major toxic pollutants, it has the potential to cause great harm to the environment in the form of air, water and land pollution.

Breathing polluted air puts you at a higher risk for asthma and other respiratory diseases. Children and elderly people are at the highest risk for environmental pollution related health problems.

It is, in fact, a load of dark and very real truth. Every time one of these items gets thrown away or washed down a sink, the toxic pollutants have more of a chance to enter the environment and do harm.

How Does Pollution Affect Humans?

Children, senior citizens and people who work or exercise outside are at a greater risk. The one problem here is power companies. Carry a bag and always reuse plastic bags as much as possible if you have them. Other, rarer, diseases include hepatitis, typhoid affections, diarrhoea and hormonal disruptions.

Every other day new industries are being set up, new vehicles come on roads and trees are cut to make way for new homes. Pollutants such as mercury in fish and seafood can lead to serious health problems, especially in children and pregnant women. These range from home systems to larger scale systems powering entire communities and cities.

When water is poisoned, many animals die.

Also, try to avoid bringing plastic bags at home and purchasing items with too much of packaging. In many rural areas one can still find people bathing and cooking in the same water, making it incredibly filthy.

What is Pollution?

Pollution is the contamination of the environment by introduction of contaminants that can cause damage to environment and harm or discomfort to humans or other living species. It is the addition of another form of any substance or form of energy to the environment at a rate faster than the environment.

Environmental pollution has its own causes, effects and solutions. Looking into these will help you identify the causes and what steps you can take to mitigate those effects. Broadly, environmental pollution consists of six basic types of pollution, i.e.

air, water, land, soil, noise, and light. The whole world needs to know about pollution and take steps to reduce it, because the negative effects of pollution are serious and potentially fatal. All types of pollution are detrimental to human health and wildlife and contribute to climate change, which puts the entire planet in danger.
